2. Eligible for Refund
- First-time purchase within 7 days
- Duplicate charge due to technical error
- Service unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours
- Unauthorized charge on your account
3. Not Eligible for Refund
- Requests after the 7-day window
- Subscription renewal charges
- Accounts terminated for Terms violations
- Partial use of subscription period
4. How to Request

5. Cancellation
