4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through the following methods:

• Cryptocurrency — processed via NOWPayments.io (Bitcoin, Litecoin, USDT, and other cryptocurrencies). Payments are automatically verified and premium access is activated within 15 minutes.
• Direct Bank Transfer — SEPA/SWIFT transfer directly to the operator. Premium access is activated within 24 hours upon payment confirmation.
• Activation Codes — pre-generated codes provided by the operator for premium access.

We do not store your financial details. All cryptocurrency transactions are processed securely by NOWPayments.io in accordance with industry standards.

• Account data: active period + 30 days after deletion
• Conversation history: duration of subscription
• Payment records: 7 years (legal requirement)
• Technical logs: 90 days

9. Children

Maria AI is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
